How do I schedule an appointment for an estimate on my project?

You can conveniently schedule an appointment online through the SERVICES tab on the top menu. You may also book by calling us at 314-882-6614

When will I get my estimate?

Many times Gwen Co can provide estimates the same day, but depending on the scope of work, larger jobs may take 24-48 hours to complete. Your estimate is emailed to you.

How do I accept my agreement for work to be done?

There is a link at the bottom of your Professional Service Agreement that says either ACCEPT or DECLINE. If you choose to accept the agreement, it will ask you for your electronic signature. Your signature can be done with a mouse, or your finger (if using a touch screen device)

Is there a deposit requirement?

We require a deposit to accompany the Professional Service Agreement to schedule your work. Deposits can vary depending on the scope of work, amount of the estimate and whether or not it is insurance related. 

How do I know when the work is being done?

Gwen Co will send you a link to a Customer Portal, which allows you complete transparency with our scheduling system. This portal gives you access to the schedule, internal notes, progress photos and documents related to your job. You can view change orders, make selections and pay your bill online through the portal. In addition, you can download the mobile app to your phone for easier access to your job.

Do I have to be home when the work is being done?

We do not require you to be home when work is being done, however, you are welcome to supervise the crew during construction. We do ask that you do not disturb them or distract them during construction, so they may work in the most time efficient manner possible. If you have questions during construction, please direct them to your Project Manager.
